Prior to the VeraSMART purchase, this search engine giant utilized Veramark's eCAS call accounting solution. The primary business driver that led to their VeraSMART investment was their need for a scalable solution that offered them the ability to collect call data from their Avaya, and custom-designed switches. Veramark's EZ-Share middleware module will be used to share information across their various worldwide locations. In addition, VeraSMART is a totally web-based and scalable solution that will monitor 60 or more sites.

Veramark's eCAS call accounting solution has been supporting 10,000 billing extensions that will now seamlessly migrate to the VeraSMART enterprise telemanagement solution, which will manage over 75,000 billing extensions and more than 60 remote sites worldwide, as a starting point.

Veramark's completely web-based software architecture integrates communications management software with operational support systems (OSS) software.
