Web Hosting Tutorials for PayPal, DotNetPanel, Released by DemoWolf

The Voice tutorials are similar to the standard tutorials we released during the last few weeks, except that these are professionally recorded with audio narration.

When hosting companies purchase DemoWolf tutorials, they are produced with that hosting company's logo in the first and last frame of every tutorial, so the tutorials are fully branded for the purchaser.

Earlier this month, DemoWolf made available toll-free telephone ordering from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. DemoWolf can be called Toll-Free from the United Kingdom (0808 101 3478), and Australia (1 800 307 165), as well the USA and Canada (1-866-905-4678). With the addition of these toll free numbers, over 80% of DemoWolf's existing customers can now call toll free.

In addition, DemoWolf has announced that they are now taking orders by phone, instead of just via their website. Whether customers call one of their toll free numbers, or their local number (for local customers or customers in other countries not covered by a toll free number), they will be able to place their order over the phone.

95% of the order process can be completed during the phone call. Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer with a link to make payment either by credit card or PayPal. The customer would then just have to make their payment, and send DemoWolf their company logo for insertion into the tutorials they're purchasing.

DemoWolf's 1 hour order fulfillment means that if orders are received within their extended business hours (between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and 7am until 12pm Saturday and Sunday), then the order will be fulfilled and tutorials sent to the customer within 1 hour of receiving the order, payment and logo. Orders that are received outside of these hours will be completed first thing the following morning.
